Staff of the Institute for Regional and International Studies and the International Division have access to the two large meeting rooms in Ingraham Hall – 206 & 336 – to host meetings & events.
We have transitioned to a new self-booking room reservation system for IRIS-affiliated staff. Instructions on how to book rooms are available here: using (1) the web-based Wiscmail/Office365 interface and (2) the desktop Outlook application (updated 9/17/19). If you have difficulty booking your event please contact Mark Lilleleht by email or phone @ 608.265.6070.
Update (11/26/2019): DoIT has indicated that the 6 month horizon on events displaying on the published calendars (below) will not be adjusted for some time. To see the full calendar of scheduled events (as we approach the busy summer months), access the calendars within your chosen Outlook app (either web or desktop) where all events (including those more than 6 months removed) will show.
Please note: Non-IRIS units & staff that would like to request one of these spaces should connect with an appropriate IRIS unit to partner with. Also, due to the need to prioritize IRIS unit events, please do not request space more than 4 weeks prior to your event.
