Staff of the Institute for Regional and International Studies and the International Division have access to the two large meeting rooms in Ingraham Hall – 206 & 336 – to host meetings & events.
We have transitioned to a new self-booking room reservation system for IRIS-affiliated staff. Instructions on how to book rooms are available here: using (1) the web-based Wiscmail/Office365 interface and (2) the desktop Outlook application (updated 9/17/19).
Please note: Non-IRIS units & staff that would like to request one of these spaces should connect with an appropriate IRIS regional center to partner with (IRIS itself cannot currently reserve rooms). Also, due to the need to prioritize IRIS unit events, please do not request space more than 4 weeks prior to your event.
