Fulbright US Student Program information session (November 18, 2021), part of International Education Week

As part of International Education Week 2021, the IRIS Awards Office will be hosting a Fulbright-led online information session about the opportunities available to undergrad & graduate students and alumni through the Fulbright US Student Program on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 5pm!

Fulbright will lead the information session with a UW-Madison breakout session following immediately after. You’ll learn what Fulbright offers students & alumni; things to keep in mind when exploring opportunities; options to conduct research, study, teach English, practice art, and more; the timeline & deadlines; strategies to prepare for the upcoming award cycle; campus resources; and more!

The program is open to undergraduates (graduating by the time they would take up their award), currently enrolled graduate students, and alumni.
Mark Lilleleht, the campus Fulbright Program Advisor, will host the breakout conversation and is available year-round to work with students & alumni interested in learning more about the program and those who applying.
